VibeCheck will elevate your chat experience. Your mood will be public while your identity stays private. You’ll only see nearby users who were recently active, making every connection timely, local, and anonymous.

Feeling happy, calm, motivated, excited, silly or maybe a little bit sad? Or want to highlight that you’re out getting coffee or working out at the gym?
Pick the emoji that best expresses how you are right now. It will help others connect with you and make the chat more meaningful.
Don’t worry, moods change therefore you can always update your vibe to match how you feel right now!

Tap the Chat icon → Open the VibeCheck map → Click “Let’s Go!” to go live in your area → Choose an emoji that matches your current mood or style → Save & explore → Start sending and accepting chat requests.

Yes; each chat request you make in VibeCheck counts as one chat from your daily limit.

Go to Chat icon → VibeCheck map → Settings gear → “Go offline from VibeCheck”.

No; vibeCheck does not show your exact location, only that you’re active in a general area. No one can access your personal information. Your privacy is our top priority, and remember: you’re anonymous on Jodel.

Not yet. In the current version, you can only see and connect with people around your current area.
