If you’ve contacted Jodel’s support team before and want to view your previous or ongoing conversations, here’s how you can easily find them:
Go to your account section 👤: Open the Jodel app and tap on your profile icon to access your account section.
Android: Open "More" at the bottom of the menu
iOS: Tap the settings icon ⚙️in the upper left corner.
Access the Support Chat ✏️ Scroll down and tap on “Chat with us”.
View Your Messages 💬 Once the chat screen opens, tap on “Messages” to see your chat history with Jodel’s support team, including both new and past conversations.
