For changes from minor to full-age, an appropriate proof has to be sent in order to verify changes, as some security-mechanisms may be deactivated by changing. Without such a proof, we unfortunately cannot make changes to your account.

As well as the age, gender is also a detail that cannot be changed by a user themself. Therefore, it is also necessary when wanting to have the gender changed to get in touch with our Support.
