How do I appeal a ban?

If you think that your account has been banned unjustified, here's a small help on how to appeal it.

Updated over a week ago

When violating our Guidelines, accounts will be automatically banned for either 7 (1st ban) or 10 days (2nd ban). With the 3rd ban, your account will be banned permanently and left on 'read only'.

Appealing a ban on Android

To challenge the decision on banning your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Open your account-page by tapping Me

  2. Go to More by tapping on the menu item

  3. Tap on Contact us to write our Support

    1. Open a new conversation

    2. Select I need assistance

    3. Follow further instructions

Appealing a ban on iOS

  1. Open your account-page by tapping Me

  2. Go to More by tapping on the cog-icon

  3. Tap on Contact us to write our Support

    1. Open a new conversation

    2. Select I need assistance

    3. Follow further instructions
