If you have an issues with notifications, please try the following solutions:
- Check if notifications are turned on in the app
- Check your phone's notification settings for the app (Phone settings -> Apps -> Jodel -> Allow/Show notifications)
- Turn notifications in Jodel off and on again
- Restart the app
- Save your karma and then remove all of Jodel's app data from your phone’s settings.
To do so, follow these steps: Settings (on phone) -> Apps -> Jodel -> Clear Data & Clear Cache (the steps may differ based on the phone’s manufacturer)
