“Here”, “very close”, “close”, “far”, “hometown” are indications of your location in relation to the Jodelers nearby.
“Here” means the post was shared within 1 km from you. “Very close” means that it was shared within 2 kms from you, “close” is within 10 kms and “far” would be beyond that radius.
If users post something from a different location using the hometown feature, then the Jodel will be tagged as "hometown".
Please note that sometimes the name of the actual city is displayed when users go through pinned jodels from another city.
