How to request a refund
You can request a refund by sending a message to our support via app (‘Contact Us’), mail to support@jodel.com or our helpdesk. In order to successfully process your request, we’ll need the invoice as a pdf-document.
Please keep in mind that the processing of refunds might take some time.
Limitation of Refunds
In order to prevent abusive usage of this offer, we’re limiting refunds to 2 times per account.
