💡 Important: Private chat reports are not handled by community moderation. They are personally reviewed and managed by the Jodel Team.
🔍 How to report a chat partner:
Open your 👤 Profile tab in the app
Tap on ⚙️ More
Go to ✏️ Chat with Us
Here, you can start a chat directly with our Support Team.
Once there, simply choose:
“I would like to report something 🔖”
then “Report chat partner 🚩”
🧾 What to include in your report:
To help us review the case properly, please share the following:
The link to the Jodel where you met this person
The replier number (the number next to their reply)
A screenshot or screen recording showing the violation
🕵️♀️ What happens after you report?
Our team carefully reviews every report. Depending on the outcome, this can lead to:
a ban of the reported user, or
a removal of their chat function
